Remember that you will know that you are doing meditation properly when your mind is completely blank and free of the thoughts that often bother you. Do this a few minutes each and increase the time until you have become an expert yourself.

Meditation is not one time task of the day, it shows better result if done frequently. But as we don't have enough time for it, we can do "one minute meditation" every hour. It is very simple. In this type of meditation, one has to close the eye, and think of himself as going above the sky, imagine a white ball of light (who is your creator), ask him to recharge you with full of power, motivation, and happiness to perform your duty on earth.
